Petrol-Diesel Price on June 2: Every day at 6 am, the government-owned oil companies announce the rates for petrol and diesel.
Just like any other day, new rates have been announced today by the oil marketing companies. On Friday, petrol and diesel prices have decreased in several cities. However, there have been no changes in the prices of petrol and diesel in the capital city of Delhi.
Similarly, there have been no changes in the prices of petrol and diesel in other major metropolitan cities as well.
Fluctuations in Petrol and Diesel Prices
There has been a slight increase in the international market rates of crude oil. On Friday morning, WTI crude oil reached $70.14 per dollar, while Brent crude rose to $74.32 per barrel. These changes have influenced the prices of petrol and diesel in certain cities across the country.
In Noida and Greater Noida, petrol prices have decreased by 28 paise, now standing at Rs 96.64 per liter. The price of diesel in the same cities has also seen a decline of 26 paise, reaching Rs 89.82 per liter.
In Ghaziabad, which is adjacent to Delhi, petrol has increased by 24 paise to Rs 96.58 per liter, while diesel has risen by 23 paise to Rs 89.75 per liter. In Lucknow, the price of petrol has reduced by 11 paise. In Patna, petrol prices have witnessed a drop of 35 paise, now at Rs 107.24 per liter, and diesel prices have fallen by 32 paise, reaching Rs 94.04 per liter.

Mumbai: Petrol – Rs 106.31 per liter, Diesel – Rs 94.27 per liter
Chennai: Petrol – Rs 102.73 per liter, Diesel – Rs 94.34 per liter
Kolkata: Petrol – Rs 106.03 per liter, Diesel – Rs 92.76 per liter
Noida: Petrol – Rs 96.64 per liter, Diesel – Rs 89.82 per liter
Lucknow: Petrol – Rs 96.47 per liter, Diesel – Rs 89.66 per liter
