Brief overview of Indore SEZ
Strategically located in the heart of India, Indore is the commercial capital of the state and a hub for all major business activities in the western part of the state. Based on the existing connectivity, available physical and social infrastructure and other resources, the Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (MPSIDC) has initiated development of a Multi-Product SEZ at Indore. It is important to note that Indore-SEZ project is one of the 19 projects that are notified by Government of India, across the

It is observed that Indore SEZ has catered to exports worth INR 217 Crore during the financial year of 2006-07 while attracting investments worth US$200Mn and registering 48% growth from its previous financial year.
